looking for some help with a few pics going to have a gaitor made for the gear stick in leather and dont have a pattern just after pics to see how many seams are on a std gaitor and how they look as std one wont fit as i have modified the centre console cheers paul

i made the gator myself with a patch of left over leather, took 3 attempts to get the cone shape right but fairly easy job to do yourself, i was same as you in that after modifying the tunnel cover and lowering the shifter the standard gator no longer fitted, sorry i did not take any photos of the pattern, but basically draw a big semi circle, i would say 20omm radius, then take out a small hole for the stick, fold it round on itself, and sew, leave plenty of spare material as it needs to be a slightly baggy design to give movement, the spare material will crinkle and fold to create the typical gator look.
