I have developed a squeaky noise front offside wheel, the noise occurs with rotation, but it is intermittant, after 5 - 10 minutes of driving the noise stops.
I am thinking it is one of the brake discs or maybe the hub nut that is slightly loose?
I had the brake discs turned a couple of Km ago and tbh braking does not feel aas sharp as it used to,maybe the discs have warped due to being thinner? also under braking i feel a small brake wobble that J reported, not sure if this is related, i dont remember ever having this problem before turning the brake discs.

Anybody come across this noise before to point me in the right direction?

my advice is remove the pads and see if they have got metal shavings caught up in the material

a quick run over with a file may all be that is required

Checked all the wheel assembly's and all appears to be ok but hard to tell if a disc is warped, on further investigation i think the noise could be coming from the engine bay, hard to tell.
Could it be a belt tensioner? but noise seems to be in timing with wheel rotation. What else could it be?
Noise goes after a short drive.

It was a brake pad sticking, the EBC yellow stuff has a thick layer of yellow paint around the pad which leaves a lip, i just cleaned up the edges and put them back in and the noise has gone. Thanks for the advice wink
