Passenger window wont go down?

Hi guys
My passenger window will go down about an inch and a half and no further.the handle turns about 1 and a half turns then goes really tight and wont turn any thurther.
What may be the problem ? and is it something I could have a look at without paying for the services of a mechanic?The glass if you grab it at the top there is a bit of play if you move it side to side.

I think it has dropped at one end, you will need to remove the doorcard

Make sure you have someone with long thin arms to reach inside the speaker hole to undo the last bolt!

Luckily I have those arms - but it still hurt.
