Brake disc orientation?

I just noticed on my front brake discs that they have directional vents, i am wondering if during the rebuild i may have put them back on the wrong sides, should the vents be facing forwards or backwards?

Thanks for the pic, but i still have the drilled discs, so unfortuinately i cant get the orientation from that pic.

When you look at the middle vents on the disc, on forward rotation are they angled backwards so the pull air out or angled forwards so that they scoop air in?

Assuming you would run them the same way/orientation as OEM setup on my Z4M :



There are going the same way as the grooves on the Nob?


ETA - Hold on, your talking "straight on" down the disk core rather than side-on?

They face backwards to despurs of the air
