Just remember to take your own timing gear, for when theirs packs up, and they start guessing it

Gonna give it full beans... will be a good yard stick for when I go back next year with the rest of the mods I plan
You mean you're going for even more power?

Of cause, be rude not to
but power isn't the only thing I have planned... I plan to loose another 50kgs thus making it 100kgs lighter than std, the aero mods to rear clam.. few mods of my own to front end and an entire new interior and dash.andygtt said:
rather hoping loads of people are coming... from what I can tell thats kind of the point, talk cars, thrash them around and look at some seriously cool machinery
I'm goona book regardless even though I'll get walloped as not sure you can just spectate. While down perhaps go for Curry with the '600' boys on the evening. Then at Silverstone next day for track day might as well do both...

I thought the event had always primarily been about standard cars, IIRC it started out as a reenactment of a TG episode where a TVR Cerbera raced other manufacturers cars of the day. Hence they've always been a bit reticent to invite too many highly modified cars for fear it could become a kind of RWYB event. However, I don't see why a modified Noble can't be used on a daily basis so why wouldn't it get an entry?from their site

mine used to be my company car... used to drive all round europe in it to clients, cant get more everyday than that?
Exactly
. I thought they just wanted to to deter entries from 'specials' such as MadRod's ballistic Sierra, either that or they just didn't want Adrian to attend.
