On a motorway run about 25 mpg, out for fun about 15 mpg. I`ve not taken the car on track but I`d guess single figures. It`s acceleration that kills the figures - obviously - but then that`s a key part of the driving experience!

used to get 30mpg average... thats dropped to 20-25mpg now its tweeked, its terrible, been considering complaining lol.

I worked mine out at Snetterton and it was 5mpg seriously even the pump guy was laughing,
obviously. I Got chatting with him fairly often.

I reckon I only get about 100 - 120 miles of combined driving in Hampshire / Sussex with some A3 included but it's not exactly pricey to fill up. Reckon the tank in my GTO-3 is about as bug as a zippo lighter!!

At Vmax in my Esprit V8 I worked it out at 4 mpg. At max speed/throttle the ECU goes into open loop control, i.e. it goes "fk it" and chucks in as much fuel as it can !

II made sure I burnt evey last drop of mine

Got 210 miles from a tank on the last run to the Scotland meet which seems quite good even for a wet day.

I could get 300miles from a tank, its a 60L tank but the last 5 litres are not really usable.

TBH most performance cars drop into single figures on track.... never found the Noble particularly bad compared to others.. its about on par as my M3

Well being somewhat of a fuel expert and making the stuff for motorsport I get 45 miles per gallon!


Only kidding, I get about 20-25, depending on how heavy the old boot is.

190 was my record but it's about 130 at the moment because most of it's being thrown out the exhaust until I get round to swapping the manifolds.

My Subaru is getting worse.....seem to have only managed 150 miles out of a 55 litre tank. But that's what you get for driving around in city!

Used to get between 170 & 190 out of a tank in my 3R. About 25-30 mpg
There were good months and better months ;-)

Not forgetting that when you say 'out of a tank' if you fill up at a quarter full that is nearer a half full tank as about 10-15 litres do not show on the petrol gauge i.e '0' zero on the fuel gauge is quarter full ish. Believed to be a deliberate ploy to stop you running out of fuel on a track etc....
