It was an M400. Part of a collection of cars that Autocar had on track as part of our handling day. I'm sunburnt and knackered but apart from that it's been a great day.

Was me and our M400 press demonstrator. Wait to see the results in Autocar later this month - have been told that it's the issue that comes out on the 29th June, but Stuart may know otherwise?

It won't be the end of June. Publication date TBA.

A pleasure as ever Micknall. Somehow I managed not to drive the M400 yesterday - maybe I'll have to conduct some spurious reason to book your press demonstrator in over the next couple of weeks. I don't live anywhere near Streatham High Road anymore so you might get lucky...

Must have been in disguise, as no M400 branding when I saw it!!!

It had black wheels and the air scoop, but (thankfully) not the airfix decals on the side.

Ah - but it it seemed to be in a "Thunderbirds" typeface, so will it actually be "retro" after the film????
