I'm interested in having a custom exhaust made including manifolds does anyone know if there is someone that can do it? i'm based in buckinghamshire so ideally someone local.

Hi Simon,

Just been through the same exercise and had the BCS system fitted. Dave Pike is a really top guy and his work on my car was faultless. It's a beautiful bit of kit.

I didn't go for the quad pipes as displayed here:

Dave used the tail pipes from my original exhaust as requested, chopped them off, had them polished up better than new and then incorporated them into the new system - perfect job.

Fuel pump wiring and upgrade is included in the price. He's not local, I'm based in Berks, but it was well worth the hassle of getting the car to him to have it fitted (it's not available off the shelf).

Dave did mine and the pump/wiring, rear chassy refurb and work on the rear difusser. he is a nice guy, does a good job and is doing it at a good price

Picked up car yesterday!
I would like to say a 'BIG' thankyou to Dave Pike a BCS Automotive for making my new exhaust and fitting a new a upgraded fuel pump, wiring upgrade,new fuel pipe and repairing my manifold.

Turned out both cats were gone and to my suprise having owned the car just over a year now the front turbo wasn't working either!
I did notice the boost was quite low...

Dave fixed it for me, now i reckon i must have another 100hp f... me!
what a difference it has made.. the exhaust sounds awesome!! so much better than the crap that came off.
I travelling back from daves work shop in st helens back to Bucks with a perminent grin on my face!!

If anyone is looking to have an exhaust made don't go anywhere else dave is a top bloke!!
