Anyone else "lost" Nobleforums.com? I've not been able to get onto the USA Noble forum for days, cleaned my DNS etc. Anyone got anyideas?

Dear All,
Heard from the host, yes multiple "one in a million" failure means its all gone. Hopefully some will be recovered by specialist recovery companies.
Its a great shame if it has all gone, teh USA forum was a vast resource of Noble stuff.

Or the backups may have faild. Or total hardware failure (if is their owne kit). 3rd party supplier might have gone bang. The list of 'one in a mmilion' is endless.

Lets just hope they can get it back!

His RAID controller went down and took teh drives with it.

Are the drives still not ok? Can he not just rebuild the raid controller? Where the drives not backed up? sorry for the questions. lol

Nightly DB backups shipped offsite to something like dropbox is not difficult (i.e. a simple google away) Shame.
