After all the positive comments about jetstream Its only fair to post bad comments too, I have been in contact with them since September about sorting my car out, clutch slave cylinder failed ( few other mods required ) I know they have been very busy, new premises etc, however I ring and speak to matt and I am getting no help at all about getting my car there, I don't know what to do now, clutch failed in july, please help !!!!

If the problem is simply your car doesn't run because of the clutch, why not just get the AA/RAC to collect it and they will take along to jetstream on the low loader... ?

I agree there needs to be balance but they're not a recovery company. They are very good at fixing cars though! Hope this gets sorted for you soon.

I do agree that negative feedback should also be shared but personally I haven't got a bad word to say about Matt or Dave. Yes they're very busy and can be hard to get hold of but their quality of work and attitude is superb! It might be worth seeing if you can drop the car off after Xmas, you won't be disappointed.

Having seen the amount of cars at Jetstream at the moment I'm not suprised they are having trouble collecting your car !!! Although im led to believe you have received a email confirming collection for later on this week ???
I also have no issue with negative comments on the forum . Tux

They do seem to have a few up there, both of mine should be finished this Saturday fingers crossed. One's coming home and one's off to the Netherlands.

I keep meaning to speak to them about servicing mine but it's always put to the back of the list!

I must crack on and do it...

Too far away for me.

But then what choice do i have? Mole Valley robbed me of £95 to spend a little bit of time trying to adjust my door catch to stop it catching when you shut it.

That will be the last time i go anywhere near that place!

[quote=Scooby P1]Too far away for me.

You need to go there just to enjoy the roads on the way back to the A14, way too much fun to miss out on.
