Spa what's your fastest lap?

What's the fastest known lap any of the noble owners have accomplished?

I'm crap on the PS3, so in a real car, about 4 days.

Was looking through my footage from October and I done a 2:58 without being totally 'on it', thats on road tyres with shot brakes.

Fairly sure a 2:50 is easily achievable.

Thanks for that info, my friend was asking for comparison, he has bought a radical SR3 which claims 2min 25 on their website and he asked me what time a Noble could do the same track.
When i looked on Fastest Laps.com, the Noble M400 comes way faster than the SR3 on a few tracks, like Rockingham and Anglessey, always seem to be the smaller tracks where the Noble is faster on lap times, so is it fair to assume the Radicals do better on the faster tracks?

To be honest I really wasn't trying to set lap times, it was my first time there and just filmed it for fun, i know it could be far better with my new brakes/Tyres and going out to try and set times. I was cruising between a few corners on that lap. When i was pressing on i was faster than a few radicals up the straights and spa is a high speed track, Wait till June and I'll tell you what time the car will do a flying lap in.

Love this track!! The car had issues that day, should have been doing 2:55's or even less.

Ask me again in a few months ha. When my Noble is rebuilt it is totally at the top of my to-do list.

I am racing my F3 car there on 16/17th of June so may go after that

I am amazed a Noble is ever as quick as a Radical SR3. i know they are entry level Radical and probably dont compare with the power/weight of the M400 but they are so quick in the corners!

A Pro driver in a Ferrari F430 Scuderia is abotu 2min40s so thats a good aim for a well sorted Noble i think...

Yep I think any official lap must include the 'rouge' part of the bend to qualify.....

I reckon the Radcal with 2:25 lap missed out 'Rouge' & straight over the 'Eau' & 'Bus Stop'....

I always thought a Radical was the king at a trackday

looks like that have 400 bhp per tonne - similar to a Noble

I chopped the Union Jack Elise I had in with Track Club in the middle of last season due to lots of large issues with the car and me wanting to get out of the hassle of owning, trailering and storing my own race car. I gave the car to Track Club in exchange for 6 race weekends with full support in their orange S2 which was a much nicer place to be (sadly not a quick though!)

I'm done now, I own a helmet and overalls and that's it. Not signed up for anything this season. 5 years of racing has emptied my bank! Just bought another Aston instead

Very much doubt an M400 would be quicker around almost any track than a Radical, especially on a track day where of course timing isn't allowed. Similarly, I feel you'd have to be a very skilled driver to extract a 2.40 in a road car like a Noble. The Radical 2.25 is quickest lap from a seriously good driver. Best I've managed in my 1500 SR3RS after years of driving at Spa was a 2.29

Hi Andrew, you are no doubt correct, i have a lot of respect for the radical range, but just to clarify, it was never said the M400 would be faster around any track, but according to fastest laps.com, it is faster around a few. i.e.

Hi. Even allowing for the SR3 being a lower powered 1300 by the looks of it (205bhp vs 260 for the 1500cc), those lap times look seriously odd. No way even the lower powered sr3 would be slower than a 350Z. But yes, I see where you got the info from. Enjoy Spa!

The results are bewildering especially been up against the said Radical on many occasions over the years including Spa even bums at the wheel the cornering & speed they carry is incredible regardless.

The 2:25 at Spa is seriously impressive with some special driver in perfect conditions with the track to themselves perhaps & in test conditions.

To get a sorted Noble to 2:40 would require someone like Callum at Goldtrack to have a go at doing it, with his skills & track/race knowledge at Spa he perhaps would even breach it, especially in a 600+ Monster...

I couldn't achieve 2:40
