think you will be ok with 5 30

if it was 0 30 then not so ok

I think the first number refers to how thin the oil is when it is cold

too thinn and the tappets can rattle

My 2p's worth I can remember getting worried about the idle oil pressure when hot (quite normal apparently) in my M400 with 5/40 grade and given the temps that they can get to I'd look at something like this:

At cold its still thicker than warm. Lower first number the better in colder weather and usually more expensive. So a 0 or 5 will be fine. Its mainly just the second number you want to get right
