Has anyone got a pair of/single turbo for sale. Looks like mine are bugered. The waste gate isn't closing and is very loose. My manifolds are shagged as well. Really happy.

Wastegate will be loose - is the actuator preventing it closing?

When I say loose I mean it has a lot of play side to side so when it does close it's not covering the hole correctly.

you can get it repaired easily

i might be able to get you a spare ex housing and wastegate

where are you based ?

is the rest of the turbo ok ?

I'm not really sure about the rest of the turbo but there is a little bit of play in the fan. The waste gate and actuator have shot it. Only have the back one off at the moment.

I did think of going to jetsteam as they are local to me but reading through the threads on here it sounded like they were maxed out and I need the car for a Supercar Driver meet at the end of March. I live near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

My car is a GTO-3. To be honest I don't mind what turbos I put back on as long as I can get it going again. What are the benefits of the 28s and are they easier to get? Got to go down to the garage this morning to make a plan of where to go so any help would be appreciated.

T28 are a family of hybrid turbos built on the T25, used for the M400 and bolt up in place of the originals.

I have some waste gates that were on my 25's for about 10 months before I removed them. Let me know if your interested.
