Just below and in front of the throttle body....





Should it have a vacuum pipe attached? I can't see anything loose though?

Its redundant, its the fuel reg that came attached to the rail, leave itopen to the atmosphere.

its the turbo overboost valve... if you turn it 10 degrees it give your 100bhp biggrin




seriously though its the ford regulator and as chris says its redundant on our cars

lol..you are mean, mean people..!..;)..just like me ..

In fairness to Barry he did say "feels like" 100bhp more...who knows maybe he was suffering 100hp powerloss before?..it could be true.....
....my mother in law is adamant that 25deg in cyprus feels much colder than 25deg in the UK..even the weather channel does it temp 18 but feels like 22...lol
