The car has not been ticking over as it should, not a mssive problem but something i wanted to sort out, so i changed the lambda sensors, here is a pic of the diagnostics screen, not sure what should be what...

when we took out the rear lambda sensor intially it looked a bit discolured, so i put a new one and after a few days same discoluration, here is a pic..

my mechanic seems to think i could have a blocked injector which is only affecting the car at tickover, because the lambda sensors have 100% been eliminated as i put another new in just today.
Any ideas would be appreciated
cheers

by the way, i found a nice little surprise today and a good reason for why you should regularly get the car in the air for inspection.
My heat wrap had fallen off the exhaust, it went brittle, turned to an opaque glass kind of material and shattered leaving the exhaust exposed, this must have happened in the last few days, when it fell off the exhaust was probbaly glowing red hot, hence it melted anyhting remotely close, lol..
Luckily i spotted this in time, we reinsulated the wires, covered in heat sleeve and re-routed away from, the hot area..oh and wrapped the exhaust again in some better quality stuff...very lucky..

0.69 lamba is quite rich - can you get the afr checked with a proper afr meter
is the fuel pressure set correct ?
does the fuel pressure reg have a vacuum attached to it
what happens to the lambda if you pick the revs up a bit ?
Fuel pressure is correct, vaccuum pipe attached.is the fuel pressure set correct ?

If we pick up revs the lambdas seem to even out and that red bar goes down/reduces, the car is running fine in general.
if i use easimap 5.5 will that show me the afr?
My mechanic also said it is running rich, could it be that a injector is clogged, or a dodgy spark?

Hi steve, no problem m8, i gathered you must have been out of the country.
Banks 4,5 & 6, so thats the rear lambda again?
i might have had an idea, when this problem first occured, my tuner had a look on the easimap and nticed the lambda was faulty, as a temp fix he switched it off and set something manually for it to tickover.
But then i put my old map back on due to changing the turbos, so i assumed wahtever he did with the lamdba would be overwritten by the new map, maybe this is where my assumption was wrong, could that lamda still be turned off?

Hmmmm....I don't think my copy of the diagnostic software actually shows Lambda on this screen - I think what it shows is the voltage output from the lambda sensor.... Problem is, there's no way of knowing whether the car is actually in open or closed loop from the screenshot that you took. If it's in open-loop, then the lambda corrections shown are meaningless. If it's in closed-loop, then the lambda corrections look like they're way off, unless the base tune is really screwed up. Your best bet would be to hook up a real wideband o2 sensor - one that tries to use a narrowband sensor, or even using easimap to try to look at the lambda values just won't work. One other thing you can do is to take a video of the diagnostic screen while you hold RPM at about 2-2.5K for 15-30 seconds. This should be enough to see the waveforms coming from the lambda sensors, which would give a better picture of whether they're working properly.
