Thanks Guys,
What a mental weekend, Had a good Qually in the cold and dry on Saturday early which was 2 seconds quicker than our fastest lap last year.
We were struggling with a bit of straight line stability and braking so we decided to tweek the setup by bringing in the toe slighly to help........Turned out to be a bad move, Car had much more stable and stronger braking but the initial bite on turn in was gone and she started to push on..... Frustratingly we were a second and a half per lap slower in the race than the qually times but finished overal in third so not too bad.
We hung on late at the track Saturday to prepare the car for a wet race on the Sunday as we didn't wanna be getting wet setting it up at the crack of dawn in the rain. We left the toe where it was because we knew the braking would be needed for the wet, Reduced the front camber and backed off the suspension.
Another early Qually in horrendous conditions but the car felt great. I set the fastest time in our class and got us on pole for the race. Adam got a great start and managed to pull away from our class guys, He brought the car in for the pitstop 30 mins in and I took over...... Rest of the race was just tip toeing around trying not to throw it away... which I nearly did after a quick Aquaplane through Craners and a detour across the green stuff and gravel.
It was amazing to win a race in the wet and our second 1st place.....
It just goes to show how critical a set-up can be between the different conditions as a lot of the other guys had no wet setup and the car that beat us on saturday was lapped by us 3 times in the wet.
A quick thanks to James for the pat on the back and a look around the fancy race truck he was in.

And last but not least a big shout out to Sumo for some technical advice on suspension setup last week which went a long way towards our tophies.
