Towing eye templates/ CAD drawing

Hi all

Does anyone happen to have a CAD drawing or a template for the towing eyes they could send me?

Im looking at getting a set made our of something stronger than the cheese they are made from currently!

Worty had a batch made a while ago so he's your man. If not then I bought a pair but have yet to fit them so you could borrow them to copy if you wish?
They're stainless steel.

I could knock up something in CAD tonight if you want, let me know what format you want it in. I'm in need if one having been towed by a land rover last year!

That would be great if you could. Unfortunately i don't know much about machining, so no idea what format it should be in. Im going to get a few sets made, so im sure we can work a deal!

If you want to have a look at the ones Worty did then I have a set on my car. I'm up the road from you in Shefford. I'm sure he would'nt mind you using them as a template. PM me if you want to pop by.

Knocked it up in CAD but didn't have a chance to o get dimensions off mine, had a look at some others so see if any better designs existed, it's a lot of stress to put of a simple cut piece of steel.

No problem copying the ones I organised, I only copied the originals. Sorry I don't have cad drawings. As I understand it the company that did mine just scanned my originals and their very expensive laser cutting machine did the rest.

It is not just the eye that needs to be stronger, it is the mounting and the tubes it's attached to. This is something I knocked up using B&Q angle iron.
