Mondial coup’e from front and side.
Not sure about the bumps on the rear lid, though the later "T" model had a longitudinally mounted engine and transverse box which may be why.

If I remember from my school boy days, it looks like a Koenig Ferrari 512 Boxer. They used to do some very special conversions.
