If your car is in bits (as I think you mentioned) use aluminium tubing fed in from the front instead for the long sections.

Yes it's in lots of bits and spread all round the house lol. That's a good idea about the pipe, I've not yet had a proper look in the tunnel so I'm not sure how many pipes there are and where they go but i would think two to the radiator and two to the heater matrix? I have a set that I never did get around to fitting, yours if you want it at a reasonable price. I'll dig out the receipt as we got them on a group buy which I think cost just over £400 for the set but I'd have to check. PM me to remind me and I'll dig the details out and send some photos during the week.
