I've just had a quote from mannings uk for insurance for a yr at 5k limited miles. All mods declared. They also cover you for any track day (not limited) track days has to be by a registered organiser. (covers ring but only on closed circuit days)
Cost with protected bonus was £510.
My admiral has now rose over the £400 mark so going to cancel admiral as its not due till Nov and start new policy on sat so I'm covered for Sunday. All track day insurance quotes are around £200 for the day so makes sense.

You will lose this years no claims. Y don't u take out this new insurance take advantage of being insured on track day. Use your right to cancell with 14 days. Then carry on with other policy until the renewal is up in November then u get your extra no claims and still insured for weekend.

Yes £208 for half day, but if I change yearly policy to cci they won't cover me until they have proof of ncd and car club membership, so no chance for Sunday, Cost with protected bonus was £510.

Admiral renewal for me was 3k. I've ended up paying 1200 for my 2 cars. The noble was 604. There is massive scope for discounts on renewals with them. Just tell them you've had it cheaper. Or even do it with the new I durance company tell them you have the same deal with cci or something which is cheaper. You should never take the prices quoted. It can always be discounted.

My renewal with cci was double last years price. Got an excellent quote of manning including unlimited track days. Cci adjusted thier quote knocking nearly £300 off. They were still about £40 more expensive than manning though.
I went with cci in the end as thier track xs is £1500. Manning it's 10% of the value of the car, which would work out quite expensive if the worst does happen.

Just got a quote from CCI £818 which is also more than the quote I got from RMI who were £725I went with cci in the end as thier track xs is £1500. Manning it's 10% of the value of the car, which would work out quite expensive if the worst does happen.
Also CCI are 5 TDs a yr and mannings are unlimited as long as the organiser are registered. Like bookatrack are for example.

Thanks very much for this thread! I was with MSM and just coming up for renewal. I had got a quote from CCI which was £100 less and then saw this thread and tried Mannings UK which was £100 less than CCI. That's very nearly a whole trackday saved. Must .... not.... spend.... it.... Oh, I forgot, I already have.
