Drive belt tensioner pulley

Hi guys. Well I need one of the above. Ford want 105 quid for one and got to be ordered from Germany as none in stock. I pretty sure there the same on 3 litre as well as 2.5. No breakers seem to have one.
Any help wud be great as my car is currently sitting in office car park not able to move.

It seems the spring inside it has broken.
