I always find an excuse to go out in mine. Been out in mine today before it goes away for the winter. Which version did you go for?

Believe I have Simons old m12 GTO.
Have already got 6six box lined up and a 3.0 block but that's for next year

Away for winter. Pishhh mine never goes away and is driven through winter. Hardcore me. Lol

I know the car well and I'm literally 800 yards from where you brought it. Lol

That's some transformation you have planned for it. Why didn't you just plan for a Gto 3?

Main reason was the colour and right price

I would imagine after the upgrade you would be upto a Gto3 price.

Good project though. The best bit is that you can upgrade the 3ltr over time while still enjoying driving the car with the 2.5 lump.

You may want to consider changing the ECU again. You have a Haltech middle range I think, which only runs in semi sequential and has limited inputs/outputs. Although it might have an E11 which does do fully sequential. Can't remember.
It will (if not already done) need to be moved inside the car as water can get in them.

Ecu has already been moved to behind drivers seat do have a motec m800 seating in a draw at home if needed
As you said gives me time to sort the engine and box and can speed the cost over a longer time if needs be
Just going to use it fora while as see how I go
