the car has done mainly track work and the body needs a respray due to micro blisters etc has been well used!!but im sure could be put back into good condition with some tlc

It looks nice enough in the pics and I thought it was an absolute bargain at the old asking price of 33K. Think I could put up with the paintwork and keep the money 'saved' to replace any bits that may have suffered as a result of all the track work the car is supposed to have done.
That said, a respray in this colour would be tempting;

I think many of the TVR colours could work too. Crystal Topaz, Candy Yellow or even the flip flop paints.

Micro blistering is a very time consuming repair, I wouldnt be convinced that a quick blow over is a good idea, might as well sell the car very cheap and let the new owner decided, chance are it would get some more once tracked etc..

Is this the car that was wrapped Matt black?
Only reason I ask is I have seen a red one for sale previously that was wrapped Matt black.
If its the same car it might be reason the paint work is poor.

seen this car regular for past 2 years lived a mile from me always looked ok looks a cheap car sure it could have a good painted for 1500 quid ish in red again poss had a car cover by a previous owner as was garages last 2 years never met the owner did try a few times

Not seen but keep looking at the photos. The exhaust pipes look like they do not align and the right hand pipe looks to be bent up. Also the inside of the rear clam looks far too clean/new. May have been repaired/replaced.

I am in the area in the new year so may just call in and have a look around. It's clearly not shifting at the current price.

I could be wrong, but looking at the 3rd pic of just the front wheel, if you look around the 1 o'clock area of the alloy, it does seem like the alloy is not curved. Its not like a kerbing/pothole chip, but more of an impact over a larger area of the wheel. Use the edging of the tyre as a guide to how the alloy should curve around. Does anyone have the reg of this car? Also whats that inside the alloy around 8 o'clock?
