Wheel fitment...

Hi all

Looking into doing a 5x108 hub conversion (from the rossion) which will allow more options when it comes to aftermarket wheels. I know the rears are 10j with ET35 standard.. Would i have issues if i went to an ET30 instead?

Looking at BBS wheels currently, but need someone to do a photoshop for me!

I wouldn't see a 5mm less et causing any problems. It just means the wheel will sit 5mm further out than standard. I've been looking into hub conversions also. Ive ran adaptors on previous cars without issue but don't fancy it on the noble. Thought about a set of new hubs being redrilled or a custom set being made to suit whatever wheel I wanted. Still looking at wheel options at the moment

Well it would appear you need new stub axles, brake rotor hats on the front and different discs on the back. You could potentially drill the brake discs and hats, but i would be happier with new items i think.

All the above is available on the Rossion website. I know Jetstream have done the conversion on a car. Matt mentioned it was easy but not particularly cheap

Yeah I had looked at the brakes aswell but was thinking along the lines of a set-up where the brake set up could be utilised. The conversion options are endless but it would be an expensive game of trial and error. The vw scene have it nailed with Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari etc conversions being utilised but only specific models are interchangeable etc. I had merc wheels and r8 rear calipers with ap racing bells and rotors on my mk5 r32. Looked insane and stopped unbelievably. Would just need to find out the options available. An adaptor is a simple option but will put extra strain on bearings etc and are not to everyone's taste, especially on something as high power as a noble
