Nope it's one that goes straight through the middle. Unless you haven't got an LSD then it's 2.

1 through the middle?

How do the wheels rotate seperately then? It is one attached to either side of the diff regardless of the type of diff.

Also remember that any uprating of rubber bands will void your warranty from the factory. There is talk of Vegantune having some knicker elastic available that fits, but I'm not asking who it's from....

I'll stop now I think. Coat has been got...

So far I have had 3 drive shafts brake.

2 of them have been bad enough that the car will not go since it seems to have sheered completely and the other time there was a rattling sound coming and the dealer confirmed that it needed replacing ...

I have to say that it is becoming just a little! annoying since two of the times all I can do is call the RAC and wait to be rescued.

Unfortunatly it hasn't been captured by the Internet Archive
http://makeashorterlink.com/?Y1C142849 is the Noble forum from this Feb)

However, good old Google Cache comes to the rescue

ok ok ok

can't get anything past you guys!

Not done that in a long time, but even if that was an issue, how about gear box, clutch etc, surely all these are weaker parts in the chain and would go first as opposed (to a faultys, or problem somewhere) solid driveshaft ??

I think the evidence suggests otherwise at this point
