Will the later 3.0 twin rear exit exhaust fit a 2.5?

I'm wanting to put the later exhaust on my 2.5 is it a straight forward fit ment or not ?

It is but you will need to keep the 2.5 down pipe.

On some of the 3's they put a strategic dent in the exhaust to help get it to fit around the engine from the front bank. I didn't need it but just bare it in mind if u need to make it fit.
