Hi guys,

Having some work carried out on my car at the moment and has got me into the why not spend a bit of dough on the car and give her some TLC thinking.I want to get the interior done the door cards are fine so would look at seats out and whole new carpet fitted.
Was wondering if any of you guys have an idea of what one should expect to pay for a job like this to be done (i suppose it may be how long is a piece of string scenario).I would just replace the carpet with the same as what is there (dark grey).Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Cheers Chris

Chris, have you seen Jules' pics of his new interior? If you really want to splash out, that's pretty stunning!

I need my driver's seat re-trimmed (as standard) so when you find out costs let me know.

Hi Chris, floor, sides and rear bulkhead - I'd say £500 plus the carpet parts from an independent trimmer. You could save a lot by removing the seats and the old carpet yourself first. Maybe just go for a good cleaner and new mats.

On this topic, what do you think the costs are to re trim the seats to M400 spec?

Speak to Martyn (Trimman) who's along the runway from Jetstream. He fitted new carpets to mine along with a couple of brand new leather seats and harnesses. First class job and the mans an absolute gent.

That's something I might be interested in also, quite like the stitching to match head lining.

Sorry slow reply been busy one at work today. Thanks Lawrence and Rob for the advice.
I think I will prob strip out the carpets myself and take James carpet that he has spare and take it to a local trimmer who is highly recomended and get a price off him.Once I have got a price I will report back.

Cheers Chris
