I left my normal early time and was stuck in traffic before I was anywhere near Goodwood so have up and went home as there was no way I would get in at any of the car parks. Not parking in a field.

Was there saw Steves car in the car park next to the entrance was hoping to get a couple of photos on the way back
I parked in the field next to the exit

Managed to get in carpark with the nob n had a really nice wander around.
Pity that they didn`t let any other nobs in the car parks though.
Weren`t going to let me in but had a chat to the guy on gate about my car being to
low for the field n they let me in

What time did u get there Steve, I always aim to get there for 8 when gates open. This time the cue started miles away. It was like it was super car sunday

We got there about 8.45 and the field was filling up fast. Didn't fancy parking in the field so went past down to the main entrance. No chance of getting in so drove on past the Rolls Royce factory. The queues to get in went on for miles, totally mental!

Its becoming a victim of its own success, a bit like most Goodwood events.

We ended up driving down to Brighton and then got caught in all the traffic for the Brighton Festival (didn't know that was on!). Saw some nice old trucks, I assume something to do with the Festival.

Should have gone to Woburn.

The last couple I got there just before 8 and drive straight in so did the same this time and it was mental.
