collapsing fuel line thread

I'm fairly sure I experienced the collapsing fuel line problem yesterday at Blyton Park. A steady whining noise was coming from the pump area while the engine was running. It cured itself on the way home but I won't be comfortable until I have dealt with it. I know the car has had upgraded pumps, but not sure about the fuel line. Can someone point me to the threads which discussed this issue please. Preferably ones with pictures and part nos. Thanks

Thanks that will give me some reference pointers for when I get in there. But I am sure I have picked up comments about the fuel line to the tank not coping with the increased suction from upgraded pumps, but I haven't found them now I am looking for them.

found it on the 18th page of threads, RobP discussing fuel pump removal "...and don't forget to replace any low pressure hose (ie from tank to pump) with HIGH pressure fuel hose (that will not collapse when heat soaked)."

That exactly fits my symptoms, so high pressure hose it is ...
