Back under the Nob again

Well after the oil pipe failure on Monday the nob is back on blocks in the garage and I'm laying underneath getting a face full of crap again !!!! Oil everywhere :



Cracking repair trackside done by funky and myself , piece of copper pipe kindly supplied by the RAC



Looks like heat killed the pipe , it's been fitted 3 years and was wrapped with heat shielding .

A bit of copper pipe is probably the best to resist heat !
