Guys,

I didn't know there were loads of different types, can anyone tell me what model number we use for the Noble?

Thanks

It's the same thing. Some people add the RS at the end but its the same turbo, could u find out from Lee what model he fitted?

Id review the spec of them, I always thought it was the GT25RS that you want... i.e. same as what AdrianW has fitted?

Graham at Universal once told me that a GT25 and the RS is the same thing, the RS is for the roller bearing. The GT25 is a roller bearing turbo.

In either case, you'll need a bit more detail than that! Turbine and compressor trim, housing A/R etc. Sorry I don't have the answers - still running Graham's old modded T28s, and very good they are too.

Universal turbos made the production ones. They will know the correct spec. But probably better to fit something more modern

I've just had GT25RS turbos fitted by Jetstream so they may tell you the spec?

I could be wrong (but i doubt it) i thought it was a GT25RS with a 60 trim compressor wheel fitted

yes I thought the 'RS' denoted a different trim or housing? not done much homework though as they are not applicable to my application lol

essentially the same turbo but with a variation on the spec.... and these variations make a huge difference!

whatever, you want the same ones adrian has!

Regardless of the RS or GT name, just ask Jetstream or universal for roller bearing turbos for a noble, 25 or 28 size depending on the power you have/want.

Even if they are outdated technology, your car will be stinking quick with them!

Might be worth asking about the GTX units also. They have billet comp wheels that flow bette rthan the standard cast wheels. Supposed to spool slightly quicker also as the wheel is lighter.

I don't know if this is all the Info I need but James has GT2560?

The reason I want to know model is because I might be able to source a better price?

Cool, that sorts that out. I was asking as I should be able to get them cheaper than some other sources (Jetstream not included as I don't know how much they charge).
