For anyone that's interested I have re-designed the rad outlet aero foil , my original one was a bit thin and did not fit quite right . if anyone is interested in one they are going to cost £40 each + postage including screws . I only have enough flat sheet to make 5 so its first come first serve , no intension of making any more .
you can also buy them from Reverie .

I,m also sure there are others on the forum who can make the same product for less so don't buy anything from me and wait for them to appear .

Dear All,
Please note this will also reduce rear end downforce. What you do at one end affects the other and not always in a predictable way.

Thanks Paul , AW seem to think it was about an 8% reduction , a slight tweek in wing height would bring that back but I doubt anybody would notice . I,m hoping to get rid of a bit of medium speed understeer .

true, but isn't the true effect to transfer the aero balance rearward on a standard car that has a lot more rear downforce and weight than front?

I've deliberately not fitted one as I didn't want the drag penalty and I've sorted my cooling via other means smile

Ok Guys , please e-mail me address details etc. , I am at Silverstone on Monday the 22nd for anyone who would like to collect , failing that I am happy to post . just need to work out how !! I would think £10 should cover postage.

I Will make a 2nd sheet so there is some spares .

Tux, or anyone else, i notice the aerofoil is a straight piece. Would there be any advatange in making it slightly curved? I have seen this sloped design used on BIG bonnt louvers on cars like the NEMO EVO.

here are some pics.
