Best Quote I had was with Adrian Flux for £950, thought I would run it in confused.com and the cheapest by a long way were Admiral, £507, with No NCB as my NCB is on the Van. Result :-)

I was with Hagerty for 4 years, they're based at Silverstone Race Course. They insured me for £600 as a second car but don't offer no claims. After 4 years I went on a comparison site and got insured for £400 with Admiral with 2K a year limited mileage. They were happy to accept a letter from Hagerty Insurance stating my 4 years with them had been claim free and gave me 4 years no claims discount as a result.

They won't cover any declared mods though.

I found Mannings not that much more and they give unlimited track day cover and cover mods.

Not strictly true, I have my exhaust declared with them and also lowered suspension and they are fine. I pay 500. Unlimited mileage

FYI, someone mentioned a good quote from Elephant - note that Elephant = Admiral, same call centre, same quotes.

It was more regarding trying to cover cost of mods. We all know that you never get back what you pay for performance mods but it is always a bonus if you can insure your car for more to get some of it back if something ever was to go wrong.

Just had my renewal through for my 3R. £550 with privilege. As I wrote a car off 3 years ago and last years was £600 I didn't think it was too bad.
Quick search though and turns out privilege (yes the same place) are even cheaper at £328.60.
I'm only young too, whoop.

Simon, how did you get the assured value, they will do it but you have to get letter from garage or noble club saying its worth the money? I did email Phil on Noble parts, but he never got back to me?

Ill need to shop around again come feb. Ive been with Elephant for a while with Exhaust covered. Looked last year but none of the other companies would cover me as i wasnt 25.

Ideally i want cover up for mods up to 500bhp and a few trackdays..being 24 its a bit difficult
