Driving in Spain.
Discussion
After I picked up my car, from Mole Valley, every time I took it out of the garage it rained, even when it was sunny. Since I've got the car to Spain it's only rained once (and by British standards it wasn't very hard). On the downside though , the Spanish asphalt is very slippery on some of the roads. However, I've found a loop that's better than doing a track-day. If you get to see a map of southern Spain, check out the B-road heading north out of Malaga to Colmenar. Those corkscrews are where the road is rising so much it doubles back on itself through tunnels! These roads are fantastic, with 300 metre drops and no barriers (best not to look). From Colmenar the road is 2 week old perfect blacktop with plenty of grip all the way to Valez-Malaga. From there it's a high speed blast (best yet 165) along the E-15 home to Torrequebrada (between Torremolinos and Fuengirola).
So...while I'd love to do some trackdays with you guys, and I do miss the Noble social scene, it's not all bad.
Aghhh... I'm getting all sentimental now...must be the Sangria! See you all soon, Martin.
PS - I've done 3 1/2 thousand miles now, so at this rate I'll be back for a trackday in the spring.

Sounds wonderful, ya git Jenkins (now where's that "green for envy" emoticon?!)- it might be wise to tell your missus to expect a guest or two next spring!!! ;-)
