Specific Turbo model for M12 GTO 3R
Discussion
Good afternoon everyone,
I am proud owner of most likely the only roadgoing Noble in Germany (took over a year to get it registered). Disadvantage: Nobody knows how whats in it down here.
Could you please help me with determining the exact model of the Garrett Turbochargers. Internet research has gotten me as far that it might be the Garrett T25 GT2554R. Can anybody confirm or correct this?
The bearings of one of my turbos are loose and I have a shop that can fix it if he know the model nr.
Thanks a lot.
Michael

Pretty sure it's the T25 but others will be along to confirm this shortly.
Not sure how competent your bearing guy is but if you are going to the ball ache of removing the turbo, I'd personally cut my losses and have the whole unit refurbed.
Have used Universal Turbos in the past and their service was top notch.

Thanks for the website and first reply.
I shoud specify my question. There seem to be three different types of T25.
And you are right, i have planned to refurbish the unit but for spare parts, the shop is asking for specific type of T25 to already order the parts before he takes it out.
