Well that's one way to spend your pocket money!!!!
Sounds great Bol. Yet to visit the Holy Noble Grail that is JS, must do it one day, something tells me it will be expensive smile

Very nice list !!! Might I suggest getting the Roush exhaust modified so it is repackable , they are stupidly loud as std , also Jetstream do a upgrade on the ecu that give you the ability to have 3 boost levels , I find the gap between 500 and 612 a bit of a pain so a 550 setting in the middle would be an advantage , especially on the road .
No mention of tyres and brakes , I hope they are in very good order .
.best of luck , the car is truly uncreditibly quick with 600 + bhp !!

As your going full monty I recomend you reprofile the cams and flow the heads, makes the engine flow really well.

For tyres I'd skip the 888s and just use the Mitch cups as they are same money although tyres are def a personal choice especially for road.

Not sure I would go 19inch wheels, will rob you power unless you can get them similar weight to the 18s and ride will suffer due to the profile of tyre

Hehehe, not a bad list to start with but you'll be surprised what else we can add to it biggrin

As Andy says, the cams and heads are a great idea and will also mean the turbos don't have to work quite so hard so you can keep a bit of heat out of the engine as a result. (Managing the 600 conversion is all about reliability)

Uprated fuel pump is a must, but for 600 you probably need to double up and fit 2.

(Getting the tank out and opening up the connections and maybe baffling it is a good idea too)

Also, while doing the clutch it's a good time to fit a lightweight flywheel.

Dave will undoubtedly sort you out though - you're in good hands there smile

Oh, and as Tux says, mod the Rousch boxes - mine seems to object to keeping the wadding inside them, it prefers to blow it out as soon as it can!

Enjoy the ride!

As for the Rods, spoke to Dave, he said the standard Rods are Forged anyway :-)

Probably go for a lightened Flywheel, will have to see how much extra for the flowed heads.

Anyone recommend any light weight wheels which I can put on wider rubber on?

stock rods are great and more than up to 600bhp, but they cant be used with the cosworth pistons I have as they are too short.... it a big expense to go for teh cosworth pistons as you have cost of both pistons AND new rods unfortunatelly frown

More than worth the cost however IMHO as they made my car loads more drivable and eager to go!

Yeah just spoke to Dave, yeah Dave said I could put the cosworth pistons in, but I need to change the rods to boot, how much were the rods and pistons Andy?

I think you may wish to put a large tolerance on that figure

If that includes the bodywork, paint, suspension etc, and the VAT it's a great price!

Surely just the engine etc though?

Not too sure how much mine was. I did have a very detailed spreadsheet at the start, but Kev told me to throw it away - which I had to agree to pretty quickly biggrin

Eta - presume you already have a track day sump, if not......
