Reading the specs, you could be forgiven for thinking that Ginetta have aimed fair and square at the formula that made the Noble M12 such a great car, and produced their own modern take on the design.
A shame it's north of £60k, but otherwise I forsee that previous Noble customers will now he treading this way!
It looks gorgeous BTW! lick

Oh yeah, somehow stumbled across it in the PH news thinking it was current. Didn't realise it was 2 years old.
I wonder what happened to it frown

That car is one of only two Farbios (RHD) made, all the others were rebadged Ginetta.

What a hideous looking car! a morris minor interior looks better than that and the air scoop in the side looks ridiculous...for that money I would buy an R8 v10 or lambo or a noble/lotus and have lots of change!!

These had a really painful gestation period.
Arash Farboud (spelling) designed these at a much higher price point with inboard suspension, Audi mechanicals etc.
The company changed hands and went down the Ford ST220 route, and "made" two models one N/A and one supercharged.
Money got in the way again and not many were made.
Carbon body shell was an option IIRC.
The one at Bespoke has been for sale for years, I think owned by their MD.
yet to see a Ginetta version.

The one we looked at at Goodwood FOS a few years ago had very poor finish. The seals around the windows looked terrible with silicone filling in the gaps. The side scoops looked very strange almost back to front and seemed to serve no purpose. Having said that the general look of the car was good and warranted a closer look so spoke to the sales guy and got his number, that's as far as we got as they seemed reluctant to offer a tour. Could be due to the fact they knew this was not the finished article maybe?

started life as the farboud with almost identical styling... I think one of the cars had an audi twin turbo engine with 600bhp i think built for one of the super bike champions.

when sold to ginetta it was using a v6 supercharged for stockfish noble power... nice looking car but not 'better' than the noble in my eyes, just rivalled it in looks.

The stack dash in my noble was destined for one of these when they were farboud as I bought it from them many years back and had a good look around the car smile

Can't remember their name, young sales guy @ Goodwood, but it was a woman at the factory I contacted and they never got back to me, on the forth attempt I gave up as a lost cause, this was a few years ago, so things might now be different as you seem to confirm!!

Nearly a year ago I contacted Mike Simpson, the sales guy, and although it was hard work getting a response from him I managed to get a date in October. They only do factory tours outside of the race season, hence the reason why we have only just been in October. I'd suggest you contact Mike, expect to chase a bit but hopefully you should get there. If you want any questions answering about a tour then feel free to ask me rather than feeling you're hassling Mike (which is how I felt).

Two weeks later I'm still waiting to hear back from him regarding Ginetta's charity - we had a collection on the day and the money is still sat in my bank account waiting to be paid. I might just donate it our chosen charity instead.

You could try contacting Mike Simpson,(PistonHeads name "mikesimpson1") or Ruth Harrison, (PistonHeads name "GinettaRuth"), they're usually very helpful.
