Polyurethane vs. Stock Rubber Bushes
Discussion
I have upgraded poly bushes on my car since swapped to the adjustable wishbones and machined uprights, so can't make a direct comparison to previous handling, but my car is very responsive and direct on circuit now. I would say anything that sharpens up the response is worthwhile.
If you really want to improve handling, speak to Jetstream about the extra uprights and crossbar on the cage, those along with the door bars on my car stiffened the whole car up so much it's turn in and feedback to the base of my seat improved 100%!

As Graham say's except if your car is for road use i'd leave it alone & keep the standard rubber bushes as the poly ones will need replacing perodically where as the old rubber bush will rarely require changing if ever. For track/race use the poly bushes from Jetstream are a good step forward.
