The standard wheel in my 3R feels very greasy on track, I used to have an alcantara wheel in my FRS which was great, what are the options for alcantara wheels in the Nob? I've seen the reverie ones but can't justify £500 quid on a steering wheel!

This is what I have:

Brought from SWLC but I think Jetstream sell them also, I would give James a call and see what he could do. Note: if you are tall, the new wheel obstructs the view of the top side of the speedo, but the feel is much better.

Momo / Sparco / Omp do various options all about £130 - £150 + Vat, as Paul points out though you need to check what suits your car so you can still see the gauges.
Alternatively you could always change them of course -

Hi Ross, we can re-trim your existing wheel in alcantara with contrasting stitching if you wanted for about £150
