Windscreen washer help needed

My 3R has windscreen washer jets fitted to the wipers rather than using traditional jets. They clip onto the body of the wiper with sprung clips. I've just replaced the wipers but the blades are narrower than the original ones and as such don't hold the washers in place. I've taken a picture that I hope helps a little. Any ideas where I can get any clips?

Thanks. Did think about ties but I thought it may look a little temporary. I may have to revert back to normal jets. Thanks for your thoughts.
