Engine bay relays

Can anyone tell me what the middle relay does? Its the right hand black one.
Just changing the battery and noticed the 2 white wires coming out of it aren't connected to anything. I dont know if ive just broken them or theyve been like that a while but I dont know where they are supposed to go to!?

The build manual says its the sart relay. Guessing it means start?
But it runs fine and all lights, horn and a/c works so anyone know what it does?

Or just look at yours and tell me where the wires go to?
