Does anyone know this 3R?
Discussion
I have just been to view this 3R: http://www.sovereigncarsales.co.uk/Sports_Gridpos4...
Does anyone know it? It had a PH owners sticker on the rear window?
Also does anyone know the cost of fitting a TDS?
Any thoughts on the car?

Thats a coincidence, if you look at the vid I just posted of the BCS exhaust system, thats the car, must be someone on here. For what its worth, thats one of the cleanest examples I've seen. It has the Speedlines (they were a group buy on here) the Tuxman end plates and front splitter, Pro Alloy goodies and an after market steering wheel. The interior looks a very good combination, all looks in very good order, the TDS is a shame, but I think there are some options
That was indeed my car, now p/x against something that will get more use - the arrival of our second child means I need 4 seats even to drop them at nursery/school and take the fun route to work. The GranSport is great, but I do miss the Noble.
I had a TDS to fit, but Sovereign didn't want any parts so they got sold off on here. I still have the original steering wheel should a potential owner prefer it (as well as a massive stack of reviews, Noble brochures etc and a new set of 0.7 bar actuators). The car is, I believe, very nicely modified and runs beautifully. It has yet to have a clutch replacement - the plan was to fit the TDS at the same time as upgrading the clutch/ modding the gearbox etc. The car went to them due an annual service, so worth checking that has been done.
I should really have advertised the car on here, but Sovereign gave me a good p/x price, and it was an easy option given the time of year.

Hi Dom,
Thanks for taking the time to post. She really I a beauty and a testiment to your ownership. Your input has been quite interesting an contradicts a lot of what I was told at the garage! (They haven't done the service) but your plan do do all at once was a good one. Do you think she could last this year on the clutch? I'd like I learn the car this year then TDS etc over the winter?

Absolutely - the clutch doesn't need replacing yet. Other than an annual service nothing should need doing on the car.
I saw no point in lifting the engine to fit the TDS until the clutch needed doing, at which point an upgraded clutch and green injectors could release a lot more power if desired. Some fit the TDS by cutting the chassis member, but not my style!
If you do go for the car give me a shout for the original trimmed steering wheel and a huge stack of reviews, brochures etc. I rarely frequent this forum (hang out in Supercar General now!) so send me a PM or email.

Nice motor (and they've taken time with their marketing too) and glad to see that (asking) prices are being maintained at a level more respectful to the marque these days.I'd be interested to hear about the differencial between advertised and actual sale prices should anyone have recent concrete evidence.
No, I'm not selling
