I have become increasingly conscious over the last week or so that my car is very much lop sided. This is very apparent from the front where the drivers side of the splitter is nearly and inch and a half closer to the ground that the other side. A quick finger measure - on the passenger side easily three fingers between the tyre and wheel arch - front an back - on the drivers two fingers is a squeeze. There are no adverse handling effects and the car does not pull to one side - so is it just the body work? Does anyone know where to check the ride height and what it should be?

I think about 110mm from the lowest point (which I believe is the splitter). When I had my 1,000mile service at Vegantune they said they'd seen lots of them higher / lower / generally a bit pissed.

It doesn't seem to make any difference apart from ground clearance. Easy to fix.

Could it be a collapsed/collapsing front spring?

I don't know - the car is low front and back on the drivers side - maybe it is telling me that I am too heavy for it!
