My noble is due a respray and although I love the silver I couldn't help wonder what it would look like in various different colours. I made a very quick and rough artwork file in PS. Thought I would share it incase it helps anyone or saves some time.

Hopefully it will help someone in the future. You will need Photoshop or a program that can open .psd files. Just move the colour/hue sliders for colour, curves will do brightness. You can also pop additional layers on for different colours :-)

This is possibly the best colour I've seen on a Noble.

Pretty sure all the colours in the original post have been done from factory? Except white but there is some around now

Thanks.
Since iv had the car resprayed from purple, cant believe the reaction I get driving around.
The car looks fantastic in this colour with the black wheels.
Took me a long time to decide on colour.
Best thing I ever did. But I would say that wouldn't I lol

Great tool thanks for posting and really nice Blue. It really works with the black! how about white paint black wheels smile I was looking at car covers and read fibreglass can blister if a car cover is used. Presumably this will happen if the car was wrapped?

Your right concerning car covers, fibreglass has been known to blister, don't now why this is.
Wrapping does not to seen to effect our nobles though, plenty have done it.

The reason they blister is down to moisture not having anywhere to go and in the end you get bubbles. Expensive to fix.

Bubbling under a cover after a frost is exactly what happened to the previous owner of mine, hence why its up for a respray.

It's happened to mine last year under the cover. So mine is in need .if a full respray at some point.

I had mine wrapped white for about 2 years. Certainly wouldn't do it again.
Didn't have any problems with blistering, but did require a full respray when removed

Pictures of a mates Harlequien golf replica. The golfs were only produced in America, with the Polo here. Very smart and gets lots of attention in the VW scene.

Why is that, has it peeled the paint away?

Yep, peeled the lacquer and paint away in places. Also small knife marks in the paint.
The wrap looked good for the first few months, eventually stone chips started to go through, showing the original red underneath. Also, the wrap never cleaned up as good as a normal painted finish does.

I might be looking for a colour change from titanium.

Any suggestions.

I'm currently thinking:
TVR Chameleon orange. Believe this goes orange to red.
Lotus Chilli red, Aradent red with gold flake so looks a bit orange in the sun.
