If it's this one, I'd suggest it was "home made" and it's a typo with the letters T & R being beside each other on a keyboard?

It's a GTO-3 not 3R front end, I assume the factory was going to call it GTO-3T but it ended up without the T. That's assuming it's a genuine brochure and not homemade as Mike says.

No its definitely a genuine item; I've got one too. Its part of a full Noble brochure pack that includes separate colour A4 sized card pictures and tech info on each car M12 GTC; M12GTO; M12 GTO-3R and M12 GT-3T. Other than different wheels it looks identical to the 3R but the spec is quite different quoting 400BHP and 380LB/FT and a "6 speed sequential straight cut box and LSD.

Delving deeper into my brochure pile I also found an Autocar road test photocopy article that came with some Noble brochures of the M12GT. Dated 30thAugust 2000 They liked it a lot!

As a previous member of the Nobility I too have a comprehensive collection of old brouchures as well at the 3 T.

At the time when I trying to cover my GTO-3 with Tescos they were offering it as a model option to select. Back then in 2005 they had a very helpful PR guy at the factory who I emailed as I had the brochure but had never seen one.

He explained to me that was the early identification given to the M400 which is what the 3 T became. No 3 T's were made as they selected the M400 prefix in its place. At the time of course it was a development of the 3R and so they selected 3 T. I don't know what happened to the 3S? Maybe the same as Aston who never made a DB8 as that was too obvious!!

Hope that helps and/or is of interest.

As alluded to above I don't think the brochure was from the factory. Personally I've never heard of a 3T (on first read looks like yet another turbo added!). I also have a stack of factory produced brochures including the GTC and M14.

Why, because you don't have one!lol

As I said in my earlier post it came as a full colour, single page 'brochure', which was 1 of 4 in the overall Noble outer folder which contained the other models listed already. All the (4) individual car single sheet 'brochures' in the folder follow exactly the same format and there is no reason whatsoever to suspect that it is/was not part of the original factory produced item. I'll try to copy it and post up a pic later.

Hi guys the T was for TRACK as the R is for ROAD in 3R, but the T was dropped for M400, it was thought that calling it a track car would limit the sales.
And yes Ian it was the official brochure at the time.

I stand corrected then. My pack, which contained all those brochures, excluded one on the '3T' for some reason.
