Hi,did someone know from witch car is?
or maybe someone who dismounted the internals have some pictures of the air deviator?
I'm wondering to adapt lotus electronic controls .....mine are very rubbish!! frown
fan and heater valve will be an easy job... my doubts are about the conversion mechanic/electro actuated distributor valve

thanks

Been looking into this over last few weeks as I have the car apart and my air con worked but blower was marginal.
It's a noble only part and expensive, I stripped the box apart last weekend and found the evaporator was completely blocked with dirt, thee isn't a filter of any kind in the stick setup so this will be why it's so inefficient.

I'm going to make a new box and blower setup and generally do a little redesign.... It's all mechanical so I think some electrical motors and filters are possibility

Btw
It would be an absolute nightmare job if not impossible without the dash removed, and the dash is hard to rove without taking the screen out!

thankyou Andy......I imagined it was difficult frown ...maybe if I can take the box out from the bottom side of the dash... the lotus one is really small ....
do you think that removing the screen is dangerous? (not by myself...by a specialist)...I don't imagine how much will it cost if will break

I find it unlikely the original heater box will come out from underneath unless you cut it to bits. Removing the screen is a risk, however I did mine myself and it has remained intact.
