Battery trouble after tracker install, non starter
Discussion
Tracker couldn't even tell me if the unit on my car was working when I asked them to check it. I was advised to get a new one fitted or find out when the car is stolen! Muppets
If your battery is at 11.4v then it's not charged and with the fitter having the doors open etc it needs a recharge. If it goes flat then it's either the battery or the tracker is pulling too much current.

Thanks all I'll fit a new battery this weekend.
Does anyone have a how too guide it seems pretty buried. Access via the floor I guess?!
Yep, disconnect from above, drop out through access panel in the floor. Helps with access if you remove rear wheel and arch liner too. Total PITA of a job, will pay someone to do it next time rather than do it myself!Does anyone have a how too guide it seems pretty buried. Access via the floor I guess?!

I thought it might be. It looks like I can get the battery exchanged under warrenty so fingers crossed for a result!
You might want to delete this post, most "warranty" provisions have clauses pointing to "normal use"and you'd be surprised how many people trawl these forums for such information! (normally for insurance purposes, but you never know)
