Beastieboy- you stalkin me??

Yup, was my 5 in Retro Cars, they didn't mention that it took a 100yard dash by Colin from Javelin, armed with a second fire extinguisher to save it from terminal barbecue status at the end of the last session! Provided a good excuse to uprate the whole fuel system tho!

Off to Elvington again on Dec 11th, going to see what the weather is like before deciding on the evo or noble to accompany the 5 on the track.

So are you also oop north?

Stuh,
When I clicked on the link it cut off the Evo so I only saw the GTO and the 5. That's why I was puzzled.

Martin.

Martin: Haven't tested an FQ yet, more than happy with my Evo V which is running around 330, am told they are far more advanced, but just love the look of 5's & 6's (proper Evo's)

Ash: After a burger and 2 pints I'd want a snooze! Have been trying to pursuade a mate to bring his newly purchased Ruf Porsche, but he can't make that day (good thing cos it is just toooo fast!)

Beastieboy: Yep the Ren 5 was on Motorsport UK at the Thruxton race, Bob Pope hired it to drive for the weekend from us, whilst me and my mate provided expert mechanical back up (well I cleaned the car) had a pit garage all weekend next to Perry McCarthy..........and got paid....fantastic experience.

I'm about 60 miles south of Hexham!

My next car will be an Evo VI TME. Has got to be red and got to have the rally livery.

The one after will be a Noble. I think that going from 172 bhp FWD to 352 bhp RWD would be missing a stepping stone out, or in this case, the Mitsibishi.

It's a great stable of cars you have

Yup, after a lot of head scratching, Noble was the only option, it was meant to replace the Evo, but accidentally took the wifes Elise and traded that in (whoops!)

Ah but Ash, which Scoob to have?? 22B, P1 or STi???

and then which Lambo?

Wife has decreed that if our daughters go to Uni, I have to take them to their digs in a DB9 in British Racing Green. Good job they are only 9&7 years old.
Think I might just hire one for the occasion, want to own an Aston at some point but not till I can't physically get out of Noblesque type cars!

I came close to buying a P1 last year. Very nice they are. They are roughly as capable as the Evo's, but a little more refined.

Hi blot

I have had 3 Scoobies, the last was a P1, from new for 3 years, and was fantastic.

When I swapped for the Lotus I missed the P1 badly, then to the Noble, nothing compares.

So, I though I might get the Scoobie as a daily driver.

Know any decent divorce lawyers?

Back to the Lambo. It has to be the Murcielago, however, if I get one on order, the above will happen, I will lose half my life and won’t be able to afford one. Catch 22!

LOL- Easy solution for you Ash, take on Mel C (ex sporty spice) as a mistress, spotted her last year in a brand new Lambo, then bizarrely enough I went in to a local garage and they were selling a 22B she had bought for her brother, Paul whatsisname ex BTCC driver

What a small world.

Have seen the 22B, met the guy that bought it second hand. Was V Nice.

Back to my Lambo.

Please supply the following info:

1. Mel C's addresss
2. her number
3. what do I need to do to get her to obey my every wish.

If the above works, I will get my Lambo and also be able to afford the divorce.

OK, seeing that we've gone off subject, I'd like Geri Haliwell's phone number as I've always felt she needs some "strictness" classes!!! ;-)
