Yep, But I believe they are concentrating on the M14 at the moment.

Cheers

I put a £1750 deposit down for a GTC back in March 04 at Kerridges and Steve K was not too sure if it would get produced or not. A couple of months ago I popped in to see Steve and he kindly gave me my deposit back, saying that it may be produced but not for a good year or two. Lee had the choice to do the M14 or the GTC and had far more deposits for the M14. I was a bit upset at the time but have grown to think the coupe is far more of a serious drivers car than any convertible!! (IMO)

My deposit went down at the 2002 Motor Show

At least the extra development time will enable them to get the correct number of turbo's fitted

Yea, they would have to at least match the latest spec coupe, and hopefully they will come up with a better roof working. Not being able to store the fully removed roof in the car would be a real problem with the british weather!! I would prefer to see just a targa stule like the F355 GTS or the new lambo mercy roadtsre style. I thought it looked a little boxy. And on the same note, why is it that they always drop the spoilers off roadster versions?? It it some kind of law or just asthetics??

The Targa option is the way to go IMHO. The convert looks too much like a pick-up with the top down and no spoiler. The loss of the butresses is the main fault it does not look "right".

IMHO no coupe/fixed head motor car ever looks completely "right" when the roof is chopped off later - if you want a convertible then get one that's designed as one from the drawing board up - discuss... :-)

I reckon a targa retaining the buttresses would be best too. Pretty much like the Elise! I contend that no one really wants a mechano set as per the convertible shown to the press. It was more like one of those awful citroens with the million roof configurations.

As to the spoiler, I think that went to give access to the boot. Doesn't bother me much as I like the car with and without it. Something to be said for the smoother lines without.

All Nobles should have the spoiler. Its part of the package! GTC should definatly be a targe with buttreses!! IMOH of course.

Just 2 large ones is just fine

As soon as the M400 targa with revised M14 style interior hit's the roads i'll be happy

Yeah be interesting to see what they eventually come up with to replace the M12. Expensive business though.

Hopefully they'll consider hiring a designer to give the styling that little bit of extra polish/cohesiveness. Still from what I've heard about Lee that doesn't sound likely

Damn I love my car though.

Given he designed the M10/M12/M14 entirely himself, I think you are right!

I happen to really like the styling - but then I hate the new M5 astyling compared to the old one but that'll sell many more than the M14.

Funny old world!

I too had my GTC deposit refunded when I discovered the single turbo/buttressed roof version wasn't quite what the original concept revealed. Had many discussions with Simon and others at Noble at the time of the motor show, and I don't think I was the only one...Noble being Noble, it seems they have listened and will be responding accordingly

Happily I joined the nobility in 2nd hand classic mode while I wait out the revised twin turboed targa version which we seemingly all know/believe should be around the corner...just as soon as they've got the M14 covered.

Have to say, that with the delays because of M14 success (don't begrudge Noble that at all!) this definitely was the right thing to do...can't imagine life without my little toy now.

Well that's sad news - but I do hope they find time to make the M12 GT 'C' ...

M400 Targa with smarter interior! That makes sense! I would order one straight away and trade in the 3R. I think the M14 is aiming a little high, and would like to see how well the customer cars turn out before ordering one (not that I haven't been tempted}.
