I'm thinking of buying a noble 3r 2004 but it's a cat c

Hi I'm looking at this noble 3r for sale it's a 2004 with 27,000 mls looks mint he wants 21k for it but not sure about cat c what should I look for.

If any damage is sustained to a Noble it's pretty much going to be a cat C from an insurance perspective as most of their approved centres can't work on them. There are going to be no specific things to look for other than the obvious misalignments, crabs etc but If you are looking at a Cat C car though and don't know what to look for then it's maybe a good idea to steer clear? When was the accident has it been on the road for a while since the impact? Was it left standing in a yard for months before someone bought it back?

hi guys just to say the car in question is mine and im sure some of you will vouch for me as i have been known to these pages for some time i bought the car with just clam damage no suspension or chassis damage direct from the insurance company it was a very simple fix during my ownership i have spent much money on all the essential upgrades and more thanks sean

Really not sure if i should sell the car as i could never replace it with its one of interior and the spec i want!!! i think i would always regret letting her go

Believe I've seen this car @ NEC. If its the same it's in very good condition. The Jetstream interior caught my eye. Good value IMHO

Cat C and 21 grand, think how much damage there must have been to write it off? No doubt it had the usual minor scuff though

Hi Sean, can't believe your selling another one? Car looks lovely, the black wheels look good with the bolts in place are they the fake plastic ones or did you go down another route? If the car only had minor damage maybe it would help if you added a couple of photos to show this? If I was to buy a cat c/d car I would want to see photos of the damage and repair work. Just a thought.

Hi guys just couldn't bring myself to sell so she's staying put regards the wheels bought stainless steel bolts and cut them down painstaking job but worth it

I have had a few people interested in my car due to this post and just had an offer for a fair bit more than the price mentioned in this post decisions decisions but I just don't think I could replace it as I have really made the car nice with the interior spec and also the exterior spec and all the other work that has been done floor replacement etc etc
